Alchemy noob here! @_@

Err..yea, I'm thinking about going into alchemy but I have no idea how to start and no idea how to learn @_@
I've got a few questions here X_x after reading some guides

1) Why repeat some items in a formula e.g.: Skeleton Steel Sword= Sea Armor+ wolf tooth +Sea Armor
2) If we compound a stack of item(e.g.:Sea Armor+Wolf Tooth(x5)) Will it help drag up the item's rank?

^^ When compounding you want to have more item of a similar rank to get more success. Sea Armor is rank 18 and wolf tooth rank 20. The difference of 2 ranks seriously lowers success rate and you increase it by a lot by adding another sea armor rank 18.

Pretend when you do this the rank 20 wolf tooth gives 1 to the first sea armor and holds the next. instead of a 18+20 you get a 19+19+18 which will GREATLY increase your success.

well with armors idk, but with food and stuff ive noticed if you compound like 50 apples and 50 cantulops (spelled wrong ) you would get 50 fruits or juices or something like that in return, but when i compound 50 apples 50 cantulops 50 cantulops 50 apples or something still just 50 (in 1 stack)

BUT when i try to make coats or something that doesnt require a weapon or armor to make *weapons/armors arent stackable * like today i tried 5x rank 6 flower and 5x rank 5 fur to make some coats then i mixed around abit and tried with all ranks all fail and i wasted 5k lol

idk O.o just some random alchemy stuff lol, hope it helped a bit

1 at a time way is more xp also

small wooden gears.. non stop... and I mean non stop. once your primary gets to lvl 5 it gets real slow, but keep using gears until primary is 7+.. then you can go get jr. and then start the process all over again

small wooden gears is made by lauan wood. 25 lauan wood = 50 gears
on the work platform
