The easy way:

Suggested alchemy:
Lv 7+ primary or Lv 4+ junior

Formula:
Rank 18 flower + rank 18 grass + -optional- Alchemy Book 1
Materials:
Golden Rose + Fine Grass + Alchemy Book 1 (optional)
(rose and grass can be purchased from 12-80 store)

And now time for other various formulas. I suggest them only for people who happen to have these materials and have no idea what to do with them.

Average difficulty way:

Formula:
Rank 18 flower + rank 19 grass + Alchemy Book 1 (optional)
Materials:
Pretty Qi Pao + Wooden Gown + Alchemy Book 1 (optional)
a) Pretty Qi Pao - Silk Qi Pao + Wizard's Cap
b) Wooden Gown - Wizard's Cap + anything of rank 16

The hard way (don't think anyone's gonna use it anymore)

Suggested alchemy:
Lv 7+ primary or Lv 4+ junior

Formula:
Rank 16 flower + rank 16 grass + Book 1-3 (optional, 1 suggested)
Materials:
Silk Qi Pao + Wizard Cap+ Alchemy Book (optional)
a) Silk Qi Pao - purchased in Japan
b) Wizard Cap - Red Qi Pao + Demon Glove (Egypt)
