MATK +38 (rank 19) as in pbwiki is made from
1. Tin (r18)
2. Silver (r18)
3. Magic (r18)

but in fact, i found out that this recipe is one of pbwiki rare mistake (translator mistake, maybe?)
the actually recipe is Tin r18 + Platium r18 + Magic r18
The success rate is almost 90% (just try with senior skill, may be 70% with junior?)

P.S: all material can be bought from 8-12 shop (average cost for 1 staff is around 10k, if u got Forest Staff then it around 6-7k )
