Step 1: Rank 24 Grass

Grass (8-12 Store) + Flower (8-12 Store) + Book 3


Step 2: Rank 23 Flower

Golden Qi Poa (Rank 21 Flower) + Skeleton Steel Sword (Rank 21 Steel)

To get the Golden Qi Poa:
Flower (8-12 Store) + Gold (8-12 Store)

To get the Skeleton Steel Sword:
Sea Armor (Egypt) + Wolf Tooth + Sea Armor


Step 3: Rank 23 Leaf

Fine Leaf (8-12 Store) + Grass (8-12 Store) + Book 2/3


Step 4: Dafadilly Shoes

Make SURE you have everything in the right order. Any appropriate level alchemy will work.

Grass Hat + Metal Gown + Leaf Shoes + BOOK 3

^^ satin qi poa? as long as it's not higher then the 24 grass or lower then the 23 leaf it should work. assuming it's a flower

yes satin qi pao is rank 24 flower and seashoes is rank 23 leaf.
